Additional Work
Any additional work not specified in the proposal will be estimated separately or require an amendment to this proposal.
Content Provision
All images, content, etc., must be provided by the client. If the client does not provide images/content, we assume the right to use images from the internet. We strive to use royalty-free images, but once delivery is made, it is the client’s responsibility to check the work provided. If there are any changes required, you may write to us immediately to implement them. Once the project/task has been delivered, DigiDelhi does not accept any liability for copyright infringement, trademark issues, performance, or any legalities raised for any reason. It is advisable to provide text, images, and other content at the time of the contract to ensure the work is done as per the agreement and hassle-free for both parties.
Taxes and Fees
In the event the fee payable by the client is tax-deductible at source, the TDS certificates should be provided by the client to DigiDelhi. Taxes will be charged separately for professional services and will be quoted separately. Any such charges shall be paid by the client in retrospective/non-retrospective mode.
Termination
In the event the client terminates the contract during the course of development/progress phase, the payments made will not be refunded.
Limitation of Liability
In case of any legal proceeding, the amount paid will not exceed the amount charged from the client.
